CUSTOMER ASSISTANT MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
To manage international trading activities of the company.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To process international sales orders
- To purchase the goods and materials from different countries through company net-work system
- To manage goods receipt at warehouse in Hong Kong and Vietnam
- To manage delivery schedule to meet customer requests
- To arrange the shipments, import and export activities under VN customs rule in coordination with forwarders
- To co-ordinate with other Departments for customer’s support (customer inquiries, complaints, credit problems…)
- Any other tasks assigned by manager from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- CV’s Language: English with portrait
- Female, Vietnamese
- University graduated(Foreign Trade University, Economics University, Hanoi University, University of Commerce… preferable)
- Age above 35 years old
- Good English communication, strong negotiation skills
- Japanese: N2 equivalent (Business Japanese)
- Smart and logical thinking, ability to work independently
- Capable of working under high pressure
- Trust, dynamic, hard-working and high responsibilities, eager to learn and good personality
- Have strong passion and long term oriented career path in import/export, logistics and SCM business
BENIFICIARY PACKAGE
- Base salary: $1,000-$1,100 gross (negotiable), depending on qualifications.
- Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00 from Monday to Friday
- Working place : Handiresco, 521 Kim Ma Str., Giang Vo, Hanoi
