POSITION SUMMARY
To manage international trading activities of the company.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
– To process international sales orders
– To purchase the goods from different countries through company net-work system
– To manage goods receive at warehouse in Hong Kong and Vietnam
– To manage delivery schedule to meet customer requests
– To co-ordinate with other Departments on customers support (customer inquiries,
complaints, credit problems…)
– Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– CV’s Language: English with portrait
– Female, Vietnamese (under 30 years old)
– University graduated (Foreign Trade University, Economics University, Hanoi University,
University of Commerce preferable)
– Have experience in related fields or working in Japanese company is an advantage.
– Good English communication, strong negotiation skills (Understanding Japanese is an
advantage)
– Smart and logical thinking, ability to work independently
– Capable of working under high pressure
– Trust, dynamic, hard-working and high responsibilities, eager to learn and good personality
